Join us for monthly acoustic evenings showcasing talented local songwriters, open-deck nights where DJs of all levels can spin their favourite tracks, and our popular roller party complete with Caribbean food and feel-good vibes.
Every Sunday morning, relax with live jazz: free entry, great coffee- it’s the perfect start to your weekend. And if you play, don’t miss our monthly Jazz Jam Session, held on the last Sunday of every month where musicians come together for an open, improvisational celebration of sound.

Pink Peg Slax and Dog Bone Risers
Get ready for a festive night of live music and good cheer! Northlight is thrilled to welcome Pink Peg Slax and Dog Bone Risers for a Christmas special packed with rhythm, energy, and great tunes. Expect rock’n’roll swagger, rhythm & blues, and a good dose of seasonal spirit — all in Northlight’s café-bar setting.
It’s a Pay As You Feel Gig, everyone’s welcome to join in the celebration. No fixed ticket price: just book your spot, come along, and give what you can.
Our bar will be open throughout the night.

LIVE JAZZ
Unwind on a Sunday morning to the dulcet sounds of live jazz at Jazz Leeds weekly workshops at Northlight. Fresh coffee, pastries, cakes and free entry into our cafe/ performance space awaits you every Sunday 10.30am -12.30pm.

Join us as a musician, a listener or someone who is just curious about Jazz music. Once a month we welcome local jazz musicians to Northlight for an improvised jam session playing well known jazz songs past and present. All styles and levels welcome – vocals and instrumentals.
