Why Wellbeing Matters in the Workplace

A mentally healthy workforce is a productive one. Poor mental health is one of the leading causes of employee absence and turnover, costing UK businesses billions each year. Investing in staff wellbeing doesn’t just benefit your team—it also makes financial sense.

Creative activity has been shown to support wellbeing, reduce stress and encourage communication and connection within teams.

Our workshops encourage participants to:

  • slow down

  • think differently

  • work collaboratively

  • build confidence

  • reconnect through shared creative experiences

No artistic experience is needed.

Hospitality & Catering

Fresh pastries and barista coffee are included with all half day experiences.

Optional vegetarian lunch packages and additional catering can also be arranged through our on-site café.

We cater for a range of dietary requirements including low gluten and vegan options.
