This included those with lived experiences of mental health challenges and their dedicated caregivers and supporters. October was a month we dedicated to nurturing mental wellbeing through art workshops for the 50 participating artists in this show.

  • Japanese Graffiti Art

    June 2023
    Tetsuo and Hy One
    An exhibition of Japanese themed graffiti art, painted and photographed on the streets of both Manchester and Leeds, by dynamic duo Tetsuo & HY One. Inspired by Japanese Anime and hip hop culture, the two collaborators use a striking red, black and white colour scheme. A large scale piece of their art still adorns the Northlight exterior as a remarkable legacy of their visit.
