Join professional artist and Northlight artistic director Boris Cruse for an unforgettable four-week life drawing workshop. What to Expect:
We'll look at constructive use of line and capturing the gesture in short poses. All our models are exquisitely lit providing an ideal opportunity to work with tonal values and to craft your interpretation through gestural and structural drawing. Boris Cruse, with his wealth of experience, will guide beginner artists and those requiring tuition through each step of the journey, ensuring that you reach your full potential.
Materials
All necessary materials are supplied at no additional cost including easels, drawing boards, quality drawing papers, graphite, charcoal, Indian ink, brushes, and acrylics. Of course, if you have your own cherished tools, feel free to bring them.
Inspiration:
For those requiring tuition we'll look at the 'how and why?' of new and old masters. Our four-week workshop is suitable for beginners and experts alike where artists have the opportunity to follow Boris' teaching or simply work from the model.
